Access to The Centurion® Network

CARD MEMBER ACCESS POLICY

To access The Centurion Lounge, Card Members must bring:

• Valid Consumer Platinum Card, Business Platinum Card, or Corporate Platinum Card
• Physical government-issued ID
• Confirmed same-day boarding pass with seat/zone assignment

Name on Card, boarding pass, and government-issued ID must all match. We are happy to admit Platinum Card Members into locations of The Centurion® Lounge in the U.S., London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo within 3 hours of the departure time stated on your same-day, confirmed boarding pass. We can’t admit you if you’ve just landed, unless you have a layover or connecting flight that departs on the same day. Same-day round-trip itineraries are not considered connecting flights.

GUEST ACCESS POLICY

U.S. Consumer Platinum Card and U.S. Business Platinum Card Members:

• $50 fee for each guest 18 and over
• $30 for children aged 2-17 (under 2 is complimentary provided an accompanying parent or guardian can show a lap infant boarding pass or proof of age)
• U.S. Consumer Platinum Card and U.S. Business Platinum Card Members may qualify for Complimentary Guest Access for up to 2 complimentary guests per visit after spending $75,000 in eligible purchases on your Card within the calendar year. After Complimentary Guest Access has been unlocked, it will be available to you for the reminder of the calendar year in which it was attained, the following calendar year, and until January 31 of the next calendar year (for example, if you attain Complimentary Guest Access on May 1, 2025, it will remain effective for you through January 31, 2027). Once you have unlocked Complimentary Guest Access, any additional guests over the limit of two complimentary guests will be subject to the guest rates above.
• A physical American Express Card must be used as the payment method for all paid guest access.

U.S. Corporate Platinum Card and International Platinum Card Members:

• Up to two complimentary guests per visit
• For any additional guests over the limit of two complimentary guests, there is a $50 fee for each guest 18 and over and $30 fee for children aged 2-17 (under 2 is complimentary provided an accompanying parent or guardian can show a lap infant boarding pass or proof of age)
• A physical American Express Card must be used as the payment method for all paid guest access.

Passengers holding standby tickets and non-revenue standby passengers are not eligible to use the lounge unless they have received a boarding pass showing a confirmed seat or zone assignment. Airline, airport, and industry employees are not permitted access while in uniform, wearing branded apparel, or company and airport identification badges, including employees of private and corporate aircraft and charter carriers. Name on Card, boarding pass, and government-issued ID must all match. We are happy to admit Delta SkyMiles Reserve Card Members into locations of The Centurion® Lounge in the U.S., London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo within 3 hours of the departure time stated on your same-day, confirmed boarding pass. We can’t admit you if you’ve just landed, unless you have a layover or connecting flight that departs on the same day. Same-day round-trip itineraries are not considered connecting flights.
